About Losers Cirque Company
It all began with winning the first series of the TV show Czechoslovakia’s Got Talent. Back then we were just an acrobatic couple, duo DaeMen. After the competition we started to perform at various events and slowly began to create new projects. Our first show was a little crazy cabaret called Lidoskop. On this project we met many talented acrobats and performers who became the first members of a brand new team, Losers Cirque Company. Our company is named after our first performance, The Loser(s). The title of the show was so memorable that people started to call us “losers”. It became the obvious name for our company.
The shows of Losers Cirque Company are very diverse thanks to cooperation with artists from other fields such as music, dance and pantomime. To this day we have created more than 20 full-length theatrical performances, which we regularly perform both at home and abroad. We are incredibly proud of the recognition from the Czech Actors’ Association, which nominated Petr Horníček for the Thalia Awards for his extraordinary performance in the production EGO.
Would you like to see our acrobatics with your own eyes? We warmly invite you to the BRAVO! Theatre, located in the original Braník Theatre, which serves as our home stage.

What they wrote about us
„The performances, in which they present floor acrobatics, breakdance or a poetic act on aerial silks, are full of energy and joy.“
Magdalena Čechlovská
„The participants of the audition radiated energy and passion for a shared work. They warmly conveyed a sense of belonging in the artificially created space of the audition...“
Hana Strejčková
„Each participant, individually and with the team, delivers an ever more demanding performance, and there is no shortage of artists flying through the air. The difficulty lies not only in technique but also in endurance.“
Kateřina Korychová
